SHIPPING
Samantha Bordeaux will handle your order within 24h. We ship worldwide. Delivery time is 1-2 business days in Slovenia and 4-9 business days in other countries. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email and information on how to track your package. When you place your order, a notice will be sent to you by email. Please note, that in case of delivery outside EU you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. If you have any questions with regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days from you receiving your order. Returns are at your own expense. The products in your return must be packed in original box, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:

Once we have received the products, your money will be returned within 8 days.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost when shipping back. We therefore recommend for your own safety that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number.
